How far out are you typically booked?

 We are about one to two months booked ahead of time. Some short notice cases can be taken depending   upon scheduling. We suggest calling and getting on the books sooner than later.

Are there any other audio services offered that are not listed?

 We cover all audio work and all genres of music. However, we specialize in live production. If there is a specific   audio need, reach out and let's see if we can help make your dream come true.

Does Nostalgia Audio LLC sell and rent audio equipment?

 No, we do not rent audio equipment. Our live production service supplies audio equipment as part of the   provided service. However, we do sell audio equipment on as needed basis.

How can I keep up with Nostalgia Audio LLC work?

 You can keep up with our work through our Facebook, Instagram, and X.

Do you do residential and commercial?

 Yes, we work with venues, AV companies, bands, and individual parties.

Are you locally owned?

 Yes, we are located in Sheffield, Alabama, but we do work across Muscle Shoals, Huntsville, Birmingham, and       some parts of Tennessee.

Are you insured?

 Yes, references and proof of insurance are available upon request.

How does bad weather affect your services?

 If the event is outside or under construction, the weather can be a factor. To combat this, we reschedule   events and work days to accommodate the client.

What does audio installs include?

 Audio installs include installing speakers, microphones, low voltage wiring and racks permanently for an audio   sound system.

How much will it cost to get a tech out here for audio installs?

 Audio installs are $30 an hour plus a drive time fee based on the location of the job site.

Who buys the audio equipment to be installed?

 We can supply the audio equipment or the client can.

Who designs the audio system to be installed?

 The client, us, or a third party. We recommend getting an experienced person to design your system.

What is live production work?
Live production work is setting up music or a band for events like live venues, weddings, parties, private events,   festivals, etc.

What does live production include?

 Nostalgia Audio LLC's live production provides load in, sound equipment, if necessary, a sound engineer for the   band, and load out.

What system do use for live production?

 We use 2 15 inch Mackie Thump mains, 4 12 inch Behringer monitors, 2 12 inch Behringer subs, a digital Behringer   X Air 18 input, SM58s, Drum mics, etc.

What if I want to use a different system?

 Using a different system is no problem. We can use your own system or rent a different system for your event.

How much will it cost to get a sound engineer for live production?

 Sound engineers for live production range from $150 and up depending on the scope of the work. If Nostalgia   Audio LLC is providing the equipment, prices range from $250 and up depending on which equipment is used.   We suggest calling and getting a quote to match the customers specifications and get the most accurate   price.

Is it really worth it to hire a sound engineer for my band, music venue, or live event?

 Production work includes tracking and/or mixing in pro tools to get the clients desired sound.

How much will it cost to get a sound engineer for production work?

 Sound engineers for production range from $100 and up depending on the scope of the work. If Nostalgia   Audio LLC is renting studio space, price ranges will go up. If Nostalgia Audio LLC is providing the equipment to   record a live event, price ranges from $250 and up depending on which equipment is being used. We suggest   calling and getting a quote to match the customers specifications and get the most accurate price.
